Bhagwanjibhai Rupapara, a farmer of Navi Sankali village of Jetpur taluka, has built a bungalow which can accommodate ten thousand birds. He was quick to think about what would happen to the birds when the cold, scorching heat and torrential rains were troubling humans. Amazing Bunglow for Birds
Without the help of any engineer, Bhagwanjibhai has made a Shivling-shaped platform 140 feet long, 70 feet wide and 40 feet high from 2500 pots. For this, a special order of two types of small and big pots was placed from Wankaner, the price of which was approximately Rs 20 lakh. For Bird House, he made 2500 pots which would never break and kept working as per his resources in the plot given by Gram Panchayat. The original galvanized bore pipe formed a boundary for the round pots, using steel wires to tie the pots, which never break, and special electrical wires were made during monsoons to prevent lightning strikes, so that in Birds should not be disturbed.
Bhagwanji Bhai made utensils that would never break and started working as per his skill on the plot given to him by the Gram Panchayat. This consisted of a range made from basic galvanized bore pipe to hold round pots, using steel wires to tie the pots together. Bhagwanjibhai himself and his sons as well as villagers and friends started placing the pots as per the designs and after 1 year of hard work it seems that the hard work has been successful.
The idea of building this amazing house came when Bhagwanji Bhai was sitting on his farm and thought that in winter, summer or monsoon, man would make arrangements for his living.
